I’ve always been fascinated by what it means to be human — how we grow, relate, grieve, and heal. That curiosity led me to social work, a field that sees people not in isolation but within their full ecology: the inner world, our relationships, and the larger systems that shape our lives. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in community and clinical settings — from hospitals and long-term care to grief support and nonprofit organizations — walking alongside people in times of transition, loss, and renewal.
As a therapist, I bring this wide lens into the room. Healing, to me, is the process of integrating what has been into who we are now — so that the past can find a peaceful place within the present. My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and embodied. Together, we explore what feels heavy or uncertain, notice how the body carries memory and emotion, and cultivate gentler ways of relating to ourselves.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and deep respect for each person’s pace and autonomy. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and harm-reduction principles. These approaches invite curiosity and choice — allowing space for both structure and intuition. I believe meaningful change happens when we bring awareness and compassion to what’s already within us.

Yoga has been part of my own healing path for more than a decade. While the physical practice is one expression, yoga — which means union — speaks to something larger: our inherent interconnectedness with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
In both therapy and yoga, I help people return to that sense of connection. The body is the habitat for the mind and the heart; when we learn to listen to it with care, we access a powerful source of wisdom. Private yoga instruction with me blends mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support emotional balance and physical wellness. Whether a client comes to me for therapy, yoga, or both, my goal is the same — to create a space where healing can unfold at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit (or whatever word feels right for you).

Much of my work centers around grief — not only the grief that follows death, but also the quiet losses that accompany change, identity shifts, and growth. Grief has a way of revealing what matters most. It can leave us disoriented and cracked open, but within that opening is often the first light of transformation. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to face loss, and I believe that through compassion and curiosity, grief can become a portal to deeper connection with life.

I work with adults navigating grief and loss, trauma and healing, anxiety, and life transitions. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive of diverse identities and experiences. You are welcome here — as you are. My role is not to fix or interpret you, but to walk beside you as you rediscover your capacity for peace, resilience, and self-trust.
