Movement for Every Body

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we develop “the observing self” and build steadiness and ease from the inside out. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat with fresh intention, these offerings create invite you to return home to yourself.

Private Lessons

Private sessions offer a supportive, one-on-one space tailored to your unique goals, abilities, and the rhythm of your life. What are you seeking? Perhaps more grounding, strength, stress relief, or a deep relationship between your body and spirit. Together, we shape a practice that meets you where ever you are. Sessions can be held online or in person at Yoga on Beacon.

Sessions are $80 for 60 minutes, an additional $15 studio rental fee may apply. If you are interested in working with me, please fill out this form.

Slow Flow 60

Slow Flow is an all-levels class designed with accessibility at its heart. This style defers from gentle yoga classes offered at YoBe in that it is more quietly intense. I emphasize the use of props and proper alignment. Whether you’re practicing for the first time or returning after a long pause, this class offers an affirming home base from which to grow.

Offered at Yoga on Beacon both in person and virtually every Friday from 12-1pm

Visit YoBe’s page to explore pricing options and registration.

Vinyasa Flow at the YMCA

This all-levels vinyasa class weaves together chanting, mudra, postures, breathwork, and moments of quiet reflection. The sequence shifts from week to week, offering space to build strength, presence, and inner awareness.

Offered at the West Seattle YMCA

  • Sundays from 10:30–11:35am

  • Thursdays from 6:30–7:40pm

Students may attend with a “Try the Y” membership pass.

Workshops

I periodically offer workshops in the Seattle area that deepen specific aspects of practice — from restorative stillness and yoga nidra to embodied awareness, grounding, and seasonal themes. Workshops may be created by my own design or offered by request for private groups, celebrations, or gatherings. These sessions provide a spacious opportunity to learn, explore, and connect in community. Consider me for your next birthday celebration, baby shower, and more!
